The Swiss Confe­de­ration offers financial support to those who register for the Team Leader Specialist exams with a federal certi­ficate. Have you asked your employer if he or she also provides you with support in terms of time and/or money? The training is interesting… and so are the financial condi­tions. Self-knowledge

A leader should maintain a healthy level of self-criticism and accept feedback as a mean to change ones behaviours, in order to lead more effec­tively.

Commu­ni­cation

A leader must commu­nicate appro­priately with his team members, adapting to both situation and context.

The first 6 modules lead to a Federal Leadership Certi­ficate issued by the CBSA (Association Suisse pour la Formation des Cadres). More than 6000 CBSA exams were written in 2017.

Presen­tation

A leader delivers visual presen­ta­tions using media tailored to the audience.

Personal Management

A leader optimizes his organiz­ation by using methods and techniques adapted to the situation, in order to work effici­ently.

Team Leadership

A leader leads his team using methods and techniques adapted to the situation, in order to promote colla­bo­ration and the achie­vement of objec­tives.

Conflict Resolution

A leader prevents and manages conflicts within his team by using appro­priate tools and conducting conci­liation inter­views.

Agile Leadership

An agile leader promotes the develo­pment of team autonomy and accoun­ta­bility by applying seven practical, directly opera­tional levers.
